How much does it cost to rent at Est?
Rent varies depending on the home, location and availability. You can explore current pricing in Find My Home, or get in touch with our team to find the right fit — or book a tour to see it for yourself.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
Yes — select homes are available furnished. You can move straight in, or bring your own style — the choice is yours.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer secure undercover parking. Our secure car park is designed for inner-city living, with spaces fit for medium to small cars. These are subject to availability at an additional fee.
Are there storage cages available?
Yes, we have free-standing storage cages available in a secure room that vary in size. These are subject to availability at an additional fee.
Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely — pets are part of the neighbourhood.
We welcome one dog or cat, or up to three smaller pets per apartment (with a few breed considerations to keep things comfortable for everyone). With dedicated pet parks and wash areas, they’ll feel right at home too.
What’s included in the apartment?
Each apartment comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer — everything you need, ready to go.
Are there storage cages available?
Yes, we have free-standing storage cages available in a secure room that vary in size. These are subject to availability at an additional fee.

Yes — and we highly recommend it. Step inside our display apartments and explore the layouts and shared spaces that bring the neighbourhood to life. You’ll also have time to chat with our team and get a feel for how it all works day to day.

How do utilities work?
Utilities are embedded for simplicity. Water, electricity and internet are all connected and managed for you, with usage charged separately.
What do I need to apply?
Applying is quick and straightforward — it takes around 10 minutes.
We’ll ask for:
- ID for verification
- Your residential history
- Details of who’s moving in (including pets)
- Parking requirements (if applicable)
We only collect what’s needed to make the process smooth and secure.
How do I track my application?
Log into your profile anytime to check your progress. We review each application carefully and keep things moving as quickly as possible.
Moving in
Once your application has been approved, our team will reach out to you to coordinate your move-in process. We understand that moving can be stressful, so we’ll work closely with you to find the best day for your move, making sure everything goes smoothly.
When you arrive, our team will be there to greet you and accompany you to your new home. You’ll receive an induction covering all facilities and appliances, additionally, we’ll provide a building induction, so you know how to use all the communal facilities available to you. We’re committed to ensuring you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

Do I pay to use the amenities?
Everyday use of amenities is included in your rent. Private bookings (like dining spaces) may incur a small fee for cleaning and setup.
Do events cost anything?
Most are included, though some may have a small fee — we’ll always let you know in advance.
Do you offer cleaning?
We don’t include cleaning, but we can connect you with trusted partners.
What about parcels and deliveries?
Secure parcel lockers are available for everyday deliveries, with options for larger items. Responsibility for deliveries remains with the courier.
What is the Est App?
Your all-in-one resident hub — from booking spaces and logging maintenance to managing payments and RSVPing to events.
What makes Est different?
It’s the people. Our on-site hosts are here to make everyday life easier — whether that’s solving a problem, recommending somewhere new, or simply being a familiar face.
Can guests use the amenities?
Amenities are for residents, but you’re welcome to bring guests. Spaces can be booked via the app, and all visitors must be accompanied.
