How much does it cost to rent at Est?

What’s included in the apartment?
Each apartment comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer — everything you need, ready to go.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
Yes — select homes are available furnished. You can move straight in, or bring your own style — the choice is yours.
Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely — pets are part of the neighbourhood. We welcome one dog or cat, or up to three smaller pets per apartment (with a few breed considerations to keep things comfortable for everyone). With dedicated pet parks and wash areas, they’ll feel right at home too.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer secure undercover parking. Our secure car park is designed for inner-city living, with spaces fit for medium to small cars. These are subject to availability at an additional fee.
Are there storage cages available?
Yes, we have free-standing storage cages available in a secure room that vary in size. These are subject to availability at an additional fee.
